The Importance of Compliance Reviews

The Importance of Compliance Reviews

Thursday, November 18, 3:30pm Eastern

For producers, ensuring the correct information is on file with the Department of Insurance is imperative. Demographic information, specific license data, a snapshot of appointments with carriers, as well as administrative actions are all valuable information that a producer should know firsthand and examine routinely. Knowing and keeping track of registrations at the Secretary of State (SoS) offices in states where you do business should also be reviewed regularly. A “Compliance Review” lets you know where your insurance business is registered and whether you’re in good standing.  Failure to meet your compliance requirements can lead to revocations and costly fees.  In this FREE 1-hour webinar, three leaders from ILSA (Insurance Licensing Services of America) will share with us how knowing the ins and outs of your individual and agency’s data, and conducting regular reviews of this information, will set you on the right path towards achieving and maintaining compliance.
