Jeffrey Williams is the CEO/Founder of Revived Mind Counseling Services and the Assistant Athletic Director of mental health and wellness at Wayne State University. He also is an adjunct professor in the social work department at Wayne State University. He earned his Bachelor of Communication and Fine Arts and Masters of Social Work from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Middle Tennessee State University studying Higher Education and Student Success.

Prior to creating Revived Mind Counseling Services, Jeffrey served as the Inaugural Director of Student-Athlete Wellness at Michigan State University (MSU) in the Athletics Department. Prior to joining MSU Athletics, he was the Inaugural Assistant Director for Student Athlete Wellness at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Jeffrey completed his Cognitive Behavioral Therapy certificate through the Beck Institution and has been certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through Wayne County. Jeffrey Williams is an LCSW who has experience working in community mental health, K-12, and private practice. Jeffrey’s clinical interests include athlete mental health, trauma, depression, and anxiety.
