Gregory Kirsch, Chief Operating and Compliance Officer of Applicant Insight/NoMoreForms, is an industry recognized expert in background screening solutions and compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act in the employment, contractor, and volunteer screening context. He manages large compliance-driven programs and regularly consults with many of the most visible companies and carriers in the country to develop screening solutions that are cost-effective, compliant and address corporate goals and regulatory requirements.

Greg is a former elected board member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) and currently Chairs the Securities & Insurance Licensing Association (SILA) Agency-Carrier Background Investigations Task Group. He holds Advanced FCRA Certification through the PBSA and is a graduate of the West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Matt Braunbeck, Vice President of Sales at Business Information Group, Inc. (BIG), has been deeply involved in the background screening industry for the better part of 23 years. In his role, Matt serves as BIG’s subject matter expert on designing, implementing and overseeing background screening programs for organizations operating in the insurance and finance space. Over the years, he has maintained positions on both the SILA and Foundation boards and continues to be actively involved in several committees. Matt is a graduate of Grove City College and has been with BIG since 2005.
