Melanie Lubin:  Commissioner Lubin joined the Maryland Division of Securities early in her career and was appointed Maryland's Securities Commissioner in 1998.  She began serving a term as President of NASAA in September 2021.  Over the years, Commissioner Lubin has held various positions on the NASAA Board of Directors and NASAA Committees, including the Central Registration Depository / Investment Adviser Registration Depository Steering Committee; Investment Adviser Section Committee; Corporation Finance Section Committee; Federal Legislative Committee; Senior Issues/Diminished Capacity Committee; Electronic Filing Depository Steering Committee; and Regulation Best Interest Implementation Committee.

Margie Webber:  Margie Webber currently serves as a Regulatory Director of Compliance focusing on the securities and insurance industries for RegEd.  Margie has served as President of SILA from 2007 to 2009, she was a member of SILA’s Advisory Board from 1995 to 2007, she has also served on FINRA’s Licensing & Registration Council, Registration and Qualifications Subcommittee, and she currently serves as SILA’s Governance Officer on its Executive Board of Directors.  She’s a Steering Committee member on SILA’s Securities Industry Subgroup and chairs SILA’s NASAA Engagement Task Force.
