Loni Eichner, SILA-A is currently the Director of Course Compliance at WebCE. Loni has over 20 years of insurance industry experience. Loni earned the SILA-Associate Designation in 2018 and is currently pursuing the SILA -Fellow and a Texas Adjuster license. Loni is currently serving as Co-Chair for the Texas Chapter of SILA. She has been a member of The SILA Agency/Carrier Subgroup (SACS), SILA Securities Industry Subgroup (SSIS) and currently a member of SILA Education and Training (SETS).

Nikki Brown has 14 years of experience in insurance licensing to include producer, adjuster, service contract, and portable electronics licensing.  During her previous tenure with Asurion, she managed the compliance and oversight of entity and client licensing. Nikki holds her SILA-Fellow (SILA-F) designation along with two LOMA designations.  She is also the Membership Services Director for the SILA Board of Directors, and the Secretary for the SILA Foundation Board of Trustee.

Dani Fields-Damato is a Compliance Officer and Vice President at Marsh McLennan Companies focused on licensing, core compliance policies, and professional standards adherence.  With over 18 years of compliance and process design experience, Dani led her team’s initiative to create a Licensing Center of Excellence powered by RegEd’s Xchange platform and NIPR Alerts 2.0.  Leveraging these tools, the center efficiently monitors and services over 160,000 licenses and 550,000 appointments for over 14,000 individuals and 12 agencies.

Dani has been an avid supporter of process uniformity, and has been an active participant in industry groups, including: SILA (Securities & Insurance Licensing Association) where she currently serves as co-chair of the SILA Securities Industry Subgroup (SSIS), RegEd’s Customer Advisory Board, and the National Association of Insurance Women.
