To navigate your Department’s website, follow these steps:

  1. Access your Department’s website from the drop down listing titled: How do I contact my Insurance Department?
  2. Look for a “tab” with one of the following titles: Consumer (Information), Buying (Shopping for) Insurance, Consumers Guide, or Your Insurance. The titles may be different in your state and may require some “creative interpretation” on your part!
